In 2018 Davidson introduced the Davidson Award to recognise outstanding contributions made by our colleagues within each of its businesses.
The directors of each Davidson business nominate those of their colleagues who they believe are worthy of the award; each of these receives a financial reward. The Davidson directors then choose the winner on each site who is sent, with their family, on a “bucket list” experience of their own choosing at the group’s expense.
